Ethereum (ETH) is one of the leading cryptocurrencies in the world, sitting just behind Bitcoin in market cap. The asset had a solid 2024, climbing 40% as the crypto market reached the global stage. ETH is projected to be one of the top cryptocurrencies to benefit from this upcoming surge. Multiple price predictions have Ethereum reaching $5,000 shortly after the new year. Fortunately, another price prediction reveals an even further boost to $6,000 later in 2025. According to a price prediction by CoinCodex, ETH has the potential to reach a price of $ 6,659.11 in the spring. Several crypto price predictions have the market flourishing between April and May 2025. Ethereum is the latest asset to benefit from one of these bullish projections, with analysts suggesting this to be one of the multiple instances of ETH hitting $6,000 in 2025.

How Will Ethereum Perform Later In 2025?
Later in the year, around September 2025, CoinCodex projects that ETH could reach a maximum of $ 6,420.84. This period will not be the peak of a surge though, as the asset’s price could top out at nearly $7,000 if all goes well for ETH. That sort of surge would be an over 100% ROI for investors who buy in at current prices.
With Donald Trump’s US presidential inauguration set to take place on Jan. 20, 2025, we may witness another market-wide rally. Trump’s pro-crypto stance has led to a significant rise in investor sentiment. Furthermore, Ethereum is the second largest crypto-based ETF in the United States after Bitcoin. Amid Trump’s second period in office, it should continue to shine. That could manifest into what analysts project to become an all-time high above $7,00 by the end of 2025.
