However, some expressed caution. Astro (@Astro1062) pointed out the lack of solid details from Tesla about payment methods.

During the Cybercab presentation, Elon Musk outlined Tesla’s vision for future transport. He criticized traditional cars, saying they “just do nothing,” while autonomous vehicles like the Cybercab could be used much more efficiently. The Cybercab, a two-seater with scissor doors, has no steering wheel or pedals, highlighting its full autonomy. One of the standout features is its wireless charging capability, removing the need for cables. Manufacturing is set to begin in 2026, with each Cybercab costing under $30,000. In addition to the Cybercab, Elon Musk revealed the “Robovan,” a self-driving minibus capable of carrying 20 passengers, signaling Tesla’s push to transform public transport with autonomous technology. Additionally, Tesla showcased advancements in its humanoid robot project, Optimus. A group of these robots demonstrated their abilities, with Musk highlighting significant progress. He projected that Optimus could become a key part of society, with prices ranging from $20,000 to $30,000.
