Crypto.com Extends Formula 1 Partnership Until 2030

Gear up, racing enthusiasts! Crypto.com and Formula 1 have announced an extension of their existing partnership until 2030. This announcement follows an absolute fruitful relationship between the crypto exchange and F1 car racing that began in 2021.

The partnership has demonstrably benefited both parties, giving them a win-win deal. Crypto.com, which saw its user base accelerate to 100 million, all thanks to the 10x boost since the initial deal. It credits Formula 1 for propelling them to become the world’s most recognized crypto brand.

Formula 1, meanwhile, has experienced a major boom in popularity. In the four-year journey till now, they have received a massive TV audience, reaching 1.5 billion for their Grand Prix, a global fanbase of 750 million, and a staggering 96 million social media followers.

Looking forward, the renewed partnership will focus on creating unique and exciting experiences for Formula 1 fans that they won’t forget. Crypto.com plans to activate at various Grand Prix locations throughout the season, further integrating their brand into the racing spectacle.

“Formula 1 was instrumental in propelling Crypto.com to the forefront of the crypto industry,” said Steven Kalifowitz, the Chief Marketing Officer of Crypto.com. “We remain incredibly optimistic about the future of cryptocurrency and are thrilled to continue this momentum with Formula 1.”

Emily Prazer, the Chief Commercial Officer at Formula 1, echoed the sentiment. “Our partnership with Crypto.com has been fantastic, and this extension solidifies their position as one of our longest-term partners.”

Prazer further clarified they are looking forward to their continued fan engagement initiatives and seeing them become even more involved in Formula 1.
