Over the last 24 hours, Cardano is up more than 14.6%, according to CoinMarketCap. Additionally, its 23% jump over the last seven days has the asset firmly above the $1 mark. At this point, its fast start to the year has ADA looking to outperform its 94% gains in 2024.
Although optimism and sentiment are both high, there is still a question of how it could perform this month. Cryptocurrency price prediction platform CoinCodex has recently projected ADA to reach a $1.48 high in January. Up 36% from its current position, it is far from the $2 expectations many have.
However, there are still big things ahead. Indeed, the platform projects ADA to reach a high of $2.81 in February. Thereafter, they predict Cardano to set a new all-time mark in August, surging to a 2025 high of $5.65. That increase would see the ninth-largest crypto by market cap jumps more than 380% above how it entered the year.
