The cryptocurrency exchange Binance is the latest to explore the benefits of the TON network, as the firm is set to launch its very own play-to-earn game on Telegram. The upcoming release titled Moonbix is set to launch on the messaging platform Mini Apps after its reveal on Wednesday.
In a post to X (formerly Twitter), Binance customer support confirmed the impending game after it was leaked. Although its arrival was reported ahead of schedule, the exchange noted that it is “thrilled by the community response,” with the product being fine-tuned ahead of an official release date.

Binance’s Moonbix Brings the Crypto Exchange to Telegram
There is no denying the meteoric rise that Telegram’s The Open Network (TON) has enjoyed this year. Despite the controversy surrounding the applications CEO Pavel Durov, the platform has seen tremendous success catering to its Web3 audience. That has only continued this month.
Now, Binance is getting in on the success, with the exchange announcing that it will launch its very own play-to-earn game on the Telegram mini app. The exchange confirmed the impending release in a recent post. Although they had yet to confirm an official launch date for the title.

Titled Moonbix, Binance’s crypto-themed gaming experience will allow users to explore different galaxies. In leaked gameplay, it appears as though you will be able to collect items and increase a score by completing different quests and challenges. Players control a claw connected to a spaceship that will help them gather gifts sprawled throughout the universe.
The game will debut on Telegram Mini Apps, which is a web-based platform for the messaging application that launched last year. Since its arrival, it has seen more than 500 million active users. Yet, that is just a portion of the 950 million users participating in the messaging platform in a given month. Those figures show the clear potential for a Binance game like this to garner a notable audience.
